If you are interested in services, please reach out to schedule a free 20 minute consultation. This will allow you the opportunity to share a little about what you are hoping for from therapy and ask questions. I can chat with you about my approach and ensure my skills align with your needs.
Population
I work with clients ages 16 years and older. I support parents with children younger than 16 years old through parent work specifically, but generally children do not need to attend sessions. On a rare occasion I may ask for one or two sessions with the parent and child, but the primary focus of my work is parent sessions.
Location
Currently, sessions are all held virtually via a secure video platform. If you are interested in attending in-person appointments in Waterloo region please reach out as in-person appointments will be available soon.
Coverage
Registered social workers are often covered by extended benefits - inquire directly with your insurance provider about coverage. I will provide you with a receipt to use for reimbursement. If cost is a barrier to accessing services, please ask about one of my limited number of sliding scale slots.

Individual Therapy $155/50 minute session

Circle of Security Parenting Package $100/50 minute session
Circle of Security is an 8-session attachment based parenting course for parents/caregivers of children ages 0-6. You can read more about it on their website here. I personally love facilitating Circle of Security and believe it is an incredible foundation for parenting. The course is typically run in a group setting, but can be held individually with a facilitator as well. This package is available for parents/caregivers to do the sessions "individually" with me (multiple parents/caregivers of the same child can attend the sessions together). This is a great opportunity to build attachment based parenting skills and ensure that all caregivers are on the same page. Any sessions beyond the 8 offered in this package will be billed at the standard session rate.

Cancellation
I require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost
