Life Transitions

Life transitions, whether planned or unexpected, can bring a mix of emotions and challenges. I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can navigate these changes with greater clarity and confidence. Drawing from my extensive training in attachment-based approaches and evidence-based modalities like mindfulness, DBT, and solution-focused therapy, I help clients explore how past experiences and current patterns may influence their responses to change. Together, we develop practical coping strategies and grounding techniques to manage stress while fostering self-compassion and resilience. I can support you to make sense of the complexities of balancing life’s demands, I approach life transitions with empathy and a client-centered focus, helping you embrace growth and create a path forward that feels aligned with your values and goals. 

Life is full of transitions, big and small. Whatever you feel you need support with, I am here to help. Some examples of transitions I have supported clients with are the following:

  • Adjusting to University/College 

  • Moving

  • Changes in relationships 

  • Career changes 

  • Grief/Loss

  • Retirement 

  • Illness 

  • Medical diagnosis

  • Divorce/Separation (or parent's divorce/separation)

  • Returning to work after leave

  • Family planning/Fertility treatments 

  • Having a baby

  • Financial changes

Hours:

Wednesday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
